    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I support the Report because it has taken into account other matters that have been affecting the fairness of elections. Party registers will be cleaned up. According to this Report, an international reputable firm will be looking at the registers to ensure that dead voters are struck out. This means names of persons who are not supposed to be in the register will be removed. To that extent, we have made progress. I also support this Report because it was obtained through a consensus process."
