    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the Joint Parliamentary Select Committee had representatives of the Jubilee and the CORD Coalitions. In order for us to move this country, I urge hon. Members to support this Report so that we can have the general elections next as scheduled. If we reject it, we will have to start the process afresh. Finally, this is just a Report. In order for it to be implemented, it needs Bills – which will be brought to the House. We have the right to amend the Bills and incorporate new proposals. Therefore, this is not something that should force us to oppose the Report. We will eventually have an opportunity to amend the Bills once they are brought to this House. With that, I support the Report."
