    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. The Mediated Version of the Forest Conservation and Management Bill is good because it addresses most of our concerns. I have issues with provisions to Clause 9(3A) (a) and (b). When you are jailed, the whole idea is to make you a better person and ensure you can fit back into the society so that you can contribute to the well-being of humanity. But the provisions negate the whole idea of rehabilitating people."
