What do we mean when we say that anybody who is a member of a political party should not be appointed to that body? Are we saying that people in politics are criminals and cannot make good leaders? This provision is not good for this country. We should amend it so that everybody who is qualified for the job gets an opportunity so that we do not criminalise people. When you talk about violating the law, what happens to people who have been convicted of traffic offences? Provisions to Clause 9(3A)(b) and (c) are unrealistic and we can only get"
