    "content": "angels to perform those duties because they will disqualify almost everybody. I have tremendous respect for Hon. (Dr.) Ottichilo and his team. I think he is one of the best brains in this country and Africa, but he got it all wrong on this. We should amend it so that we can have a Bill that is all inclusive and accommodates all Kenyans; those who have been convicted and have reformed, and those who have not been convicted. Enhancing the idea that politics is dirty discourages good people from getting into it. We will keep whining on why we have bad politicians if we do not do something about it. We should make politics attractive so that we can get people who are qualified, honest and have integrity. I am a church elder and I am in politics. I do not think laws are meant for criminals. I support the Mediated Version of the Forest Conservation and Management Bill, but with few amendments. It will go a long way in serving the country better."
