    "content": "Clause 16 talks about placements. We have problems with placements although we have a very good Chief Executive Officer (CEO), whom I hope is not just acting but will be confirmed, Mr. Muraguri. We also need career development in our universities. Most often than not, students are admitted for courses that they did not apply for and end up studying what they do not like. Other universities offer courses they would like to do but, apparently, they are not given career guidance in choosing better courses to study."
