    "content": "Regarding vice-chancellors of universities, I believe we need to have a competitive and open process. The other day we heard about vice-chancellors coming from one ethic group and 80 per cent of the staff in the university also from one ethnic group. The Government needs to take this seriously because other ethnic groups need to be considered. There should not be more than 30 per cent staff for any university from one ethnic group. There should be a balance of people from all over the country so that there is fair representation in our universities."
