    "content": "in Kenya, it appears there is a university in every region, but the head of that university must come from that region. I do not think that is a very good trend. If this happens, you will realize that the entire management of the university will come from one ethnic group and this is not healthy for the nation. Once the process is made competitive, and once everybody is given an opportunity to ascend, then that is the day we will be talking good of our universities."
