    "content": "In my closing statement, I like this Bill because it provides career guidance programmes for the benefit of not only universities, but also for all the students who want to be somebody. Not everybody knows what they want to be in the future. Sometimes, parents do not have the best guidance to give on career guidance. So, this Bill brings that out."
