    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, the other thing that my fellow colleague has talked about is the issue of inclusion of private universities in the Commission for University Education. Having come from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, I recall that the Commission for University Education never used to have a representative from private universities. The Commission would make decisions; some of which were unfavourable to the private universities. With this inclusion of private universities, the decisions they make will create a level playing field for all universities."
