"content": "after the end of the last financial year, we are not sure what is going to happen. At least, in my constituency, I am not sure. This is an issue which is causing great apprehension in the country. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I urge you to use your powers under Standing Order No.1 to bring Order No.13 forward, perhaps before Order No.8 so that we dispense with it. That way we can be sure that the NGCDF monies will be disbursed to the respective constituencies for work to continue. This is bearing in mind that this is the last financial year to the next general elections. I seek your indulgence, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
