    "content": "This can only be done, if this amendment goes through, so that the people who are operating in the field of betting, lotteries and gaming can pay their taxes and plough back what they have been getting from Kenyans. It is important for us to note that of late there are a number of issues which have been coming up in this field. The lotteries are reaping too much money from Kenyans. We need to regulate that so that they can plough back something to the Government in terms of taxation."
