    "content": "I see the Betting and Control Board, who are supposed to be regulating this sector, as part and parcel of the casinos. Why do I say this? I imagine that they are creative enough to come up with regulations before they give permits or licences to casino owners. They should set aside some shareholding for Kenyans so that part of the money they make can remain in this country."
