    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Bill. My reason for supporting it is exactly the opposite of Hon. Shakeel’s reason. If we pass this Bill today, it will be the most important thing we will have done for the NG-CDF. If we divide Kshs25 billion equally amongst the 290 constituencies, each constituency will get Kshs81 million."
