    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. By dividing the Kshs25 billion equally, we will be doing a great favour to the country. The NG-CDF has gone a long way in assisting our constituencies and the country as a whole. We need to file the appeal for the Kshs10 billion to be released. Once we get back the Kshs10 billion, the Committee should ensure that the money divided equally amongst all the constituencies. Let us not forget that there already exists the Equalisation Fund. We need to work a way out. With those remarks, I support the Bill."
