    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as indicated earlier the Government has given us Kshs1 billion for the purchase of land, that we did in the last financial year. This year the amount is Kshs400 million which will be used for development of basic infrastructure, marketing of the country as a BPO hub and to meet the consultancy services on demand assessment and feasibility study, development of the master plan and the virtual model. The Government is talking to development partners to provide funding to some of the Government activities towards the establishment of this park. The amount allocated for this year is Kshs400 million."
