We must introduce a law, in this House, to prevent gambling from being a source of crime, money laundering and from being used in tax evasion. We must introduce a law that will increase the penalties. That is what we are going to deal with in the Third Reading. Above all, we must introduce a regulation that will specify the conditions for granting licences and permits by providing that a person shall not hold a licence or permit if that person violates even the age limit of the children of Kenya or if he is a public officer and many other things. I am sure we are dealing with the taxation level now. I beg to reply."
