On thematic area number two regarding the legal mechanism for vacation from office of the current commissioners in accordance with the Constitution, the Committee has recommended that a negotiated, dignified vacation from office package be made. I am sure the Office of the Attorney-General (AG), the National Treasury and all other institutions will be up to the task to give that dignified exit to the commissioners. We want to thank them for rising to the occasion and realising that Kenya is bigger and more important than them."
