    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this chance to speak to this Report. I am one of the Members who vehemently opposed this Report because of a few glaring issues which have been amended. As it is now, the document still has gray areas. I believe that we will have an opportunity to look at it when it comes to this House as a Bill or we will have an opportunity to relook at those areas which we think are very offensive and unconstitutional. Article 2 of the Constitution states:- “(1) This Constitution is the supreme law of the Republic and binds all persons and all State organs at both levels of government.
