    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. At the outset, I want to say that I rise to support the Motion as amended. We are all grateful to the country for the work that was done by the select committee in negotiating a delicate balance among various factors and coming up with this Report. Hopefully it will mainstream the process back in Parliament, so that we can deliberate on it and come up with an administrative and legal framework that will govern the way forward."
