    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support the Mediation Committee Report on the regulation of the petroleum industry. Sometimes it can be a curse more than a blessing. I particularly support the regulation or the development of a legal framework because, as we speak, in my own county and particularly my constituency, there is an oil exploration going on. I think this will go a long way in supporting our local communities and our national Government to understand that there is need to guard against risks that are associated with the failure to develop legal mechanism. I support."
