    "content": "We must avoid the emergence of cartels and tenderpreneures in the petroleum industry. That kind of development has ruined Nigeria and made it very difficult for the nation to benefit from the extraction of petroleum. That is why it is called the oil curse because as Sen. Murungi says, it is the management of the petroleum extraction and its use that turns it into a curse. I hope that this nation will not be bitten by the Nigerian bug and make petroleum a curse for our future. It should be a basis for development, capital formation, equity, development and that all Kenyans should partake of this wonderful resource in our nation. I beg to support."
