    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to congratulate our team for having participated well in this Mediation Committee for the purposes of making laws that will govern the petroleum management in this country. The history of Africa and petroleum management is known. Examples are Nigeria, Angola and many other countries. It has actually been a curse. We very much anticipate that our mining of petroleum in Kenya will be a blessing. We can only achieve that by having good laws as has been done by the participants of this Mediation Committee."
