We must understand that some Members are in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for the Olympics and others are genuinely out of this country on missions and conferences. Therefore, to give the impression to the media that many Members are absent is absolutely wrong. Let us get the facts right. I think there are some Members who are not here for genuine reasons. Let us deal with the number of those who are here and not to speculate that some Members are absent irresponsibly. That is wrong."
