He is answering to questions by detectives in respect of the allegations concerning the fiasco in Rio de Janeiro. I hope the CS Hassan Wario will receive justice. I hope that nobody wants to use him as a sacrificial lamb. He cannot be a scapegoat. The real problem that was in Rio was not the CS. There is a cartel called the National Olympics Committee of Kenya (NOCK) and that is where the problem is. The Government must crack the cartels at the NOCK and FIFA Kenya Branch if they want to get sports going.
