There is no requirement in these Standing Orders that substantiation means I have to carry documents and place on the table. I have been challenged to substantiate and I am substantiating by explaining the source of my information, the basis of my assertion and why I said so. I feel disheartened that my distinguished and respected Speaker in the Chair now is trying to participate in debate instead of giving me time to explain myself."
