    "content": "Thank you so much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I have a brief Report from the Committee on consideration of a Petition by Hon. Jessica Mbalu, M.P. on behalf of the residents of Kibwezi East regarding the relocation of Kibwezi East Sub-county Headquarters. I, the undersigned, on behalf of the residents of Kibwezi East regarding the relocation of Kibwezi East Sub-county Headquarters, draw the attention of the House on the following--- I pray that the National Assembly, through the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security recommends relocation of Kibwezi East Sub-county Headquarters from the current location, Kibwezi West to Kambu Town and that the Committee makes any other order or direction that it may deem fit in the circumstances of the case. The Committee held six meetings and heard submissions from Hon. Jesicca Mbalu, M.P. Kibwezi East Constituency and Mr. Peter Mangala---"
