Personally, I do not support that, but the majority of Members feel that it should be allowed because there is no internal democracy in parties and someone popular can be locked out because they have differences with the owner of the party. Indeed, parties have owners. I agree with the amendment by Hon. Olago Aluoch in Paragraph 7; it was timely. However, we should move with speed. Hon. Deputy Speaker, you have used Solomonic wisdom.
