    "content": "As we proceed with this Motion, I am happy that you communicated that what we pass in the Motion is not final. What is final is what we shall pass in the Act. I wish to call upon Members that when it comes to the Act, anything to do with blocking party hopping; anything to do with timelines that restrict your freedom as a leader, please reject it and ensure we proceed towards good governance in the Republic and finally in the political parties which must also stop exploiting ethnicity for the personal benefit of individuals based on false promises."
