    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity. First of all, I want to thank the Joint Select Committee of Parliament for what it managed to achieve. The clarion call from our end was that the IEBC commissioners must go. Indeed, the Committee has recommended that the commissioners leave office. That is very important as far as we are concerned. I want to make a few comments. One is on the electronic transmission of election results. This is the way to go. If we allow electronic transmission to go parallel with manual transmission like it happened last time, it is a precursor to allowing rigging of elections."
