My point of order is to seek your direction on the elections amendment Bills that are already on the Floor of the House, which are at their Third Reading or after the Second Reading. This is because we had initially discussed and said that whatever comes out of the Report of the Joint Select Committee on matters relating to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) will be integrated in the earlier Bills that are already on the Floor of the House.
