    "content": "At the Committee of the whole House, it is supposed to be integrated into the already existing election laws amendment Bills that are already on the Floor of the House. I remember we suspended them pending the passage of this Report of the Joint Select Committee on matters relating to the IEBC. We also have the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (Amendment) Bill on the Floor of the House. What will happen to it? This is because some of these Reports have far-reaching ramifications on the IEBC Bill. Lastly, I was away but we know there was this Report of the Joint Select Committee on matters relating to the IEBC which was debated, amended and passed on the Floor of this House."
