    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- Amendment of THAT, Clause 6 of the Bill be deleted and substituted therefor Section 35 of Cap. with the following new Clause – 470 6. Section 35 of the Income Tax Act is amended – (a) in sub-section (1) by deleting paragraph (j); (b) in sub-section (3) – (i) by inserting the words “subject to subsection (3A)” at the beginning thereof; (ii) by deleting paragraph (i); (iii) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (i) – (j) rent, premium or similar consideration for the use or occupation of immovable property; (c) by inserting the following new subsection immediately after subsection (3) - “3A.
