    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the other major amendment we are making is to exempt VAT on all the inputs for the manufacture of sanitary towels. This will encourage local manufacturers to set up factories and compete with imported sanitary towels. I was telling my good friend that I have already accepted a big chunk of his amendment. Majorly, this is what we are doing. Basically, those are the major items for exemption of VAT."
