    "content": "Thank you very much. I want to thank the Chair for the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, and the entire Committee. Clauses 27(a)(vii)68 and 70 all the way to Clause 89 have the items we want to exempt from VAT. This will make the manufacturing of sanitary pads in this country affordable. It will also create more jobs. The Government will also reap from the Pay as You Earn (PAYE) from the factories. This will also encourage investors to remain in this country instead of running away to Egypt, Tanzania and other countries. This amendment will enable the girl-child in this country to go to school."
