    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support this amendment. Many people are afraid of paying taxes particularly if they have overpaid. If they are assured that they will be paid within two years, and that if the payment is delayed, then they will get some interest on it that is a good way to go. This is because it works both ways. I support the amendment."
