    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, let us deal with New Clause 3A which is amending Section 10 of the Income Tax Act by deleting Paragraph (g). According to the analysis of the Budget Office, this clause proposes to amend Section 10 of the Income Tax which provides for income from management, professional fees, royalties, interests and rents. This was designed to give betting and gaming companies relief on Income Tax at 20 per cent rather than the normal rates."
