    "content": "Basically, last year’s Finance Bill created two accounting officers, for Parliament; the Clerk to the National Assembly and the Clerk to the Senate. I am trying to make the law tidy because at the time we were only talking about the officer. Now, we want to make it “officers” so that the two officers can even send their separate budgets to the Budget and Appropriations Committee."
