    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 59- Amendment of 69. Section 23 of the Capital Markets Act is amended- section 23 of (a) in subsection (1) by inserting the words “commodity Cap. 485A. dealer”, “commodity broker” immediately after the words “authorized depository”; (b) in subsection (2) by inserting the words “commodities exchange” immediately after the words “securities exchange”. These are subsequent amendments."
