    "content": "Amendment of 77. Section 975 of the Companies Act is amended in section 975 of No.17 subsection (2) by deleting paragraph (b). of 2015. We passed a requirement that before a new company invests in this country it has to look for local investors. That is difficult to implement because we want to encourage new investor to bring foreign direct investments. Once they are here, we should look for a way of getting them. But before they come in, we should discourage that. That is not right. Let them first of all come in by providing a smooth way of coming in. Once they are in the country, we look for a way of nabbing them."
