    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after Clause 59- Amendment of 78. Section 62 of the Consumer Protection Act is amended by section inserting the words “or where the lender is either a bilateral or 62 of No.46 of 2012. multilateral foreign financial institution” at the end of subsection (5) This is just a question of consumer protection. If it is about two governments, we should make business easy for them."
