    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 12 of the Bill be amended in paragraph (b) by deleting the word “Service” and substituting therefor the word “Council”. This is to correct the inconsistency with the inclusion of the word “service” as opposed to “Council.”"
