Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, paragraph 1 of the Schedule be amended by— (a) inserting the words “or any other designated venue” immediately after the word “offices” appearing in sub-paragraph (1); (b) deleting the words “three quarters” appearing in sub-paragraph (3) and substituting therefor the words “two thirds” (c) deleting the word “one-third” and substituting therefor the words “two thirds “appearing in sub paragraph (5) . This is to provide for flexibility with regard to meeting venues."
