    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to make a few remarks on this Bill. I thank the Committee for having done a good job on this Bill. It has put teeth to the existing Bill and strengthened it so that it can cope with the current situation. The Bill has also been conformed to our new Constitution, which was enacted in 2010. Also, let me thank the members of the House, especially those who have persevered up to this moment to see this Bill go through. I find that the Bill will be quite a master piece in our operations and our country."
