    "content": "On behalf of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, I thank the members of this House for the manner in which we prosecuted the Finance Bill this afternoon. Today’s proceedings were more of consensus. There was only one instance where we had to put an amendment to vote. This was a very smooth process and I urge the House that we continue in that spirit of consensus so that we move very fast in the processing of our Bills. I also thank the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives for the new Bill that has been passed. It is going a long way in terms of stock management in this country.
