"content": "Given the issue raised on clarification, I will allow Hon. Mwaura to briefly speak on this matter. I will not allow more comments on this. As you know, the House was scheduled to have a morning sitting today, but it could not because there was no quorum. I am sure, if you have looked at the Order Paper, you have seen some suggestions. I will allow Hon. Mwaura to make clarifications on the issues that have been raised."
