Member is raising is the issue which is appearing in Article 6(1), page 13 of the contract document, which relates to the term of the contract and how the revenue will be collected or shared and how the bank will earn its portion of what is collected. The schedule is there and it was discussed between the Narok County Council, Equity Bank and their lawyers and made the approval of the county council. Therefore, it is a validly entered into contract."
