    "content": "As it has been pointed out, it is important for us to look at the ID issue critically. More so, we must hold to account the people responsible for registration of persons. If the law says that it should take 30 days upon application to get an ID, then the Registrar of Persons must do that. Thirty days after applying for an ID, one should get it. It should take 15 days for one to get a duplicate ID."
