    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I want to support this Bill as we enter into the annals of history of this country for guiding it the right way. I am now a history maker in Kenya. I want to urge other Members to think in that direction. This is a good Bill, but I would like to say something about Clause 14(2) of the Bill. It is all about collecting and announcing results from each polling station in the constituency for the election of the President, Governor, Senator, and County Women Representative. The name “County Women Representative” was a political one that is not even in the Constitution. Last year, the Speaker ruled that we do not have anything called “County Women Representatives”.
