    "content": "Clause 14 amends Section 39 of the Elections Act to provide electronic transmission of results. This has always been the problem in previous elections where people have been suspicious of rigging and manipulation of results. It also reduces the complaints from agents who usually say they have been chased from the polling stations for manipulation of votes to take place. The transmission of results to the national tallying centre from the polling station, the constituency and the county tallying centres is a very good thing."
